Z\u00e1le\u017e\u00ed na \u00farovni digitalizace ve firm\u011b a jej\u00edch komunika\u010dn\u00edch kan\u00e1l\u016f. M\u011bn\u00ed se tak i koncepce my\u0161len\u00ed z \u201em\u00e1m v\u00fdrobek a chci ho nab\u00edzet\u201c na \u201em\u00e1m z\u00e1kazn\u00edka a chci naplnit jeho o\u010dek\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed\u201c, co\u017e je i p\u0159edpokladem sou\u010dasn\u00e9ho marketingu.&#13; &#13; Z uveden\u00e9ho v\u0161ak vypl\u00fdv\u00e1, \u017ee ide\u00e1ln\u00ed CRM (syst\u00e9m) zkr\u00e1tka neexistuje. Vzhledem k tolika odli\u0161n\u00fdm firm\u00e1m (a to nemluv\u00edme o v\u00fdrob\u011b \u010di slu\u017eb\u00e1ch) a jejich po\u017eadavc\u00edch to nen\u00ed ani mo\u017en\u00e9.
